CODE OF CONDUCT

At RGS, we follow the code of conduct designed by the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA), namely:

• A director should act in the best interests of the entity; 

• A director should act with commitment;

• A director should have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform his duties; 

• A director should commit to keeping his knowledge up to date;

• A director should act with honesty and integrity in the exercise of his duties;

• A director should show sound and independant judgment in his decision-making;

• A director should comply with laws and take appropriate actions in the case of infringement of the law by the entity;

• A director should take appropriate actions in the case of conflicts of interest;

• A director should respect confidentiality;

• A director should act professionally.
